Lakeside Yoga at The Yoga House

The Yoga House is hosting Lakeside Yoga in Brandon on Monday, September 7 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

This free outdoor, all-levels yoga class takes place by the studio’s little Namaste Beach. Guests are asked to bring their own yoga mat, along with a beach towel for under the mat, water and sunglasses.

The event listing notes that the class is weather permitting and there is no shade or sun protection. All other regularly scheduled classes are canceled for the day.

Lakeside Yoga takes place at The Yoga House, located at 505 Eichenfeld Drive, Suite 106 in Brandon.
