2026 Camp Awesome Florida
Camp Awesome, Terri Miller and Chevon Thompson Baccus are hosting 2026 Camp Awesome Florida in Brandon from Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 13.
This women’s camping weekend is designed for friendship, adventure, laughter, wellness, music, campfires, crafts and a real break from everyday life. Guests can bring a friend or come solo and leave with a new circle of friends.
The retreat brings back the nostalgic parts of camp, including bunks, bonfires, dance parties, camp activities, creative projects and shared memories, while adding modern retreat-style experiences such as wellness, themed dinners, music, social hours and meaningful connection.
The event listing notes that Camp Awesome Florida is sponsored by Rotary Club of the Ridge and Awesome Solutions LLC. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Rotary’s Camp Florida, a fully accessible camp that primarily serves children and adults with disabilities, cancer, diabetes or other life-threatening illnesses.
